Each benefit states its eligibility, usage limit, covered services, permitted combinations and expiry. Members see what they have earned in My Benefits, with the reason a benefit is available, unavailable, expired or already used.

Quiz & learning rewards
Passing selected quizzes or completing journeys can issue a professional-fee credit.
Scholarship codes
Approved scholarship applicants receive a personalised code waiving the defined professional fees.
Competition prizes
Cash prizes are tracked separately from coupons and credits, with their own status (announced, approved, paid).
